WELL DONE: Stanwell Year 7 girls netball team (5752270)
CONGRATULATIONS to the Year 7 girls netball team who played in the Cardiff and Vale netball county finals held at Talybont on Friday, April 4.
They had previously played in the qualifying tournament and won - the top four teams from the area played each other in this final tournament.
In the first match they beat Cowbridge and then beat Whitchurch. They unfortunately lost against Corpus Christi in the final by two goals!
The girls played an amazing standard of netball and the future for this team looks very promising.
