THE much coveted Grandma's Cup - a stableford competition - was played in May by the Glamorganshire Golf Club ladies, with the runner-up receiving the trophy!
Although winning the competition with 29 points and taking the prize money, Yvonne Gimber did not qualify as a 'grandma' so the cup goes to second-placed Janet Smith (28 points), who pipped Sue Gooding on countback.
