RESULTS for the latest Penarth Sea Angling Club competition fished on Sunday, June 29:
First: Colin Boagey with two conger eels for 6lb 5oz.
Second: Brian Lewis with a conger eel for 4lb 8oz.
Thirs: Robert Ford with a mullet for 3lb.
Fourth: Rob Galley with two silver eels for 2lb 6oz.
Junior member Owen Harding weighed in with a codling for 1lb 6oz.
All were caught from the beach.
The next club competition is the Holiday Open this Saturday, July 12, with fishing from the pier and beach from 5pm-10pm.
