PENARTH Windsor LTC is delighted to welcome Alicia Goulding to its Tennis Squad coaching team. A South Wales team member and captain, Alicia joins as a full-time coach from September having previously worked at other South Wales venues during and since studying at Cardiff University. Head Coach Robert Wedlake was pleased to enable expansion of the club’s successful coaching programme: “Having increased demand and membership further this summer through a range of outreach and community initiatives, we are now able to offer almost 40 group coaching sessions per week as part of Wales’ biggest outdoor club programme. Alicia is recognised as one of the most promising young coaches in the country as part of the Tennis Wales Young Coaches Programme and I’m delighted to welcome her at Windsor. Her experience of playing and captaining South Wales will be invaluable, particularly when working with our Mini Performance players who are challenging for honours against the very best from Wales and the South West”.
