THE second Christmas competition for Penarth Sea Angling took place on Sunday, December 14.
First place went to junior member Owen Lane with a 2lb 10oz codling from the beach.
Second was Dave Pilcher with a 2lb 8oz codling from the beach.
Third was Brendan Davies on the pier with a 2lb 7oz codling.
Fourth on the beach was Chris Garner with a 2lb 20z codling.
Top junior was Ioan Sexton with two rocklings weighing 5ozs.
Next junior was Ben Jackson with a 3oz rockling.
The third Christmas competition will be from 4pm to 8pm fishing from the pier and beach.
