A PENARTH woman is to represent Great Britain in the International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Age Group Long Distance Championships in Sweden.
Heather Dennis qualified for the championships, which take place in Motala in June, after competing in Ironman Austria and Ironman Wales last year.
As she bids for glory she will be taking part in a 4km swim, 120km bike ride and 30km run.
Heather is being trained by Richard Wilder, who has represented Great Britain on many occasions in both Triathlon and Rowing.
