Belle Vue Bowling Club meets at Belle Vue Park, Penarth
BELLE VUE Bowling Club kicked off its centenary season with coach Malcolm Thomas opening a bottle of champagne at the club house.
Dave Purser, chairman, addressed the gathering, welcoming all to the events for the club's centenary season which opened with a friendly game between members.
Anyone interested in trying out bowls is welcome to turn up at their meetings on a Monday afternoon, starting at 2pm, when Malcolm will be in attendance at the clubhouse at Belle Vue Park, Penarth.
