THE latest results from the Dinas Powis Golf Club Ladies Section for April are:
On April 7 an 18 hole Jubilee 3's was held: first was Maxine Hird, Sian Smith and Audrey Harwood 77 points, second was Louise Wilding, Ann Mahenthiralingam and Sue Bridle 72points then third was Lisa Ryley, Angela Brown and Annie Blackburn 70 points.
On April 7 a nine hole Stableford was held: first was Angela Thomas 15 points and second was Terry Unwin 14 points.
On April 14 an 18 hole Australian Spoons: first was Louise Wilding and Pat Gosling 36 points, second was Angela Brown and Audrey Harwood 33 points and third was Sue Bridle and Annie Blackburn 30 points on the back nine from Maxine Hird and Ruth Yates 30 points.
On April 14 a nine hole Stableford: first was Angela Thomas, second was Kit Roblin and third was Terry Unwin.
On April 21 an 18 hole Medal Challenge Bowls: Silver Division first was Sue Bridle 88 - 19 = 69nett, second was Lisa Ryley 92 - 16 = 76nett and third was Angela Brown 95 - 19 = 76nett.
Bronze Division first was Sian Smith 95 -21 = 74nett after countback second Audrey Harwood 98 - 24 = 74nett and third was Ruth Yates 101 -23 =78nett after countback Annie Blackburn 101 - 23 = 78nett.
On April 21 a nine hole Stableford: first was Pam Warne 16 points, second was Terry Unwin 15 points and third was Angela Thomas 14 points.
On April 28 an 18 hole Medal 2: first was Annie Blackburn 91 – 23 = 68nett, second was Louise Wilding 82 - 11 = 71nett and third was Sue Bridle 92 - 18 = 74nett.
On April 28 a nine hole Stableford: first was Pam Warne 17 points, second was Terry Unwin 16 points on the back six from third Angela Thomas 16 points.
