THE ninth Welsh Karate League season has come to another successful end at the finals held in Neath.
The Kyokushin Kata category (prearranged movement) was won by Welsh Kyokushinkai club members who train in Penarth Leisure Centre.
Trinity Hutchinson won first, Ellie Thomas placed second and Krisiny Hutchinson was third and all three have worked hard all year to achieve these wins. They have now been selected to represent Wales in the forthcoming Kyokushin Open European Championships (IKO) that are being held in Sibiu, Romania in June.
Welsh Kyokushinkai is run by Lee Costa, 7th Dan.
