PENARTH Under-15s cricket team capped an unbeaten league run this summer with a league final match against Lisvane on Sunday, September 11.
Sadly the team met their first and only league defeat responding to Lisvane's total of 124 with 69 thanks to Gethin Hicks (22).
Earlier good spells from Rhys Mcgowan and Ethan Mulcahy kept the openers at bay, while Greg Cross was the only wicket taker with 3-14. The team played 13 fixtures this summer including cups and friendlies.
