THERE were just two matches played in this week's Penarth Darts League before the break up for Christmas.
At the Ex-Servicemen's Club the home side, Ex’s B, went down by four points to 10 to the visitors from the Golden Lion. Man-of-the-match was Anthony Adams with another 180 and three 140s.
In the other match played, the Coronation A side played home to the Ex’s A. The final score was Coro five, Ex’s 11.
However if the Coro had taken the last game it could have been a draw. Derek Burtenshaw scored a maximum 180 and was man-of-the-match for the Coro A.
