BEN Pearce struck to fire Barry Athletic into the ASRS Cup final this Sunday as they edged past league leaders St Athan in dramatic fashion.

Athletic will face FC Barry Belgrade in that final at Jenner Park, as they gained a modicum of revenge for the midweek loss by defeating Island Marine 2-0 in the other semi-final. The final to be played this Sunday, 2.15pm kick-off.

In the Supporters Cup, the double is still on for league leaders Sully Sports as they finally dispatched Cardiff Airport after extra time 5-2. They will play Tynewydd who were victorious 2-0 over Cogan Coronation. The final to be played at Jenner Park on Friday 18th May.

The semi-finals of the Dockers Cup were set up as Rhoose B shocked Cadoxton Barry 2-0 to book their last four place, and favourites Llantwit Major romped into the semis with a 7-1 thumping of Island Marine B.

Only a handful of league games played as Rhoose returned to second in the Premier Division and a point off the leaders after a big 5-0 win over bottom side Penarth Town.

In Division Two, BV and Barry Albion played out a 2-2 draw, while St Athan B won a crazy game 8-6 against Glenbrook.

This Wednesday is the semi-finals of the Barry Cup as St Athan play FC Barry Belgrade at Wenvoe and Barry Athletic play division two Llantwit Major at BSC Barrier Pitch, both games are a 6pm kick off.
