Mike Fowler Soccer Skills: Holiday fun and Elite Squad success

MIKE Fowler Soccer Skills are running summer fun days throughout August from their base at Sully Sports FC.

Dates are August 2-3; August 7-10; August 13-17; August 21-24; August 28-30, with options for 9am to 3pm, or 8am to 6pm.

At the end of the sessions in August there will be a presentation and a party for all children who take part.

MFSS is a football coaching company and elite squad for boys and girls of all ages from toddler to teen, run by former professional footballer Mike Fowler from Barry.

Mike was a pro with then Premiership side Crystal Palace FC, before moving on to Stevenage, Wrexham, Salisbury, Forest Green and Newport. He also represented Wales at all levels up to and including U21.

His aim is to give youngsters fun and challenging sessions, with a unique coaching style which ensures maximum enjoyment and development for children.

As well as holiday fun days, MFSS runs classes for 2-18yr olds, with limited availability. They also deliver birthday packages, 1:1 individual sessions and team training, and work in schools across South Wales by delivering inset days, PPA cover and after school clubs.

The elite squad took part in last week's Welsh International Cup, and produced some fantastic games - making the coaches and parents very proud.
