Chris Garner won the recent competition
AT the recent Penarth Sea Angling competition on Sunday, April 5, only three catches from the beach were weighed.
In first place was Chris Garner with a 3lb 11oz cod.
Second went to Dean Bousie with a 2lb 7oz cod.
Third was Ray Starling with a 2lb cod.
The next competition takes place this Sunday, April 12, fishing from the Pier and Beach at 11am until 3pm.
