SISTERS Isabella Ford and Amelia Ford, members of Cogan Karate Club did their national grading over the weekend where they both achieved green belt level.
The girls have been training with Sensei Lee Costa for more than two years and are regulars at Cogan Leisure Centre.
Isabella Ford also attended one of the first child protection courses at the Vale of Glamorgan Barry for juniors and was awarded with a certificate.
