WINDSOR Bowling Club have celebrated a successful week with the ladies winning their match and the men winning three which included the club taking home the Munro Cup.

On Thursday, August 11, the ladies of Windsor played their last game of the season at home to Penarth Rectory Road in the Afternoon League. Played in the usual spirit of friendship between the two clubs, Windsor won on two rinks giving them eight points.

On Tuesday, August 9, the Windsor men were at home to Mackintosh in the Alliance. It was a good afternoon's bowling with two rinks each winning for both teams. Windsor came out on top though, winning by 16 shots.

On Wednesday, August 10, the team were away to Romilly in the Munro Cup. After winning by five shots, 63 - 68, the team took the full 10 points and won the league.
