LEFT without a fixture for this Saturday, February 18, following St Peter's progression in the next round of the WRU Plate, Penarth RFC have invited Pontypool United RFC to play a friendly at the Athletic Field, this weekend.
The match kicks off-at 2.30pm.
Pontypool United are second in the table of the Division 2 East of the WRU Leagues, with 11 wins out of 14 matches.
Penarth are sixth in the East Central Division Two, with seven wins and a draw out of 15 fixtures.
