JONES Phyllis Mary (formerly known as Fackrell) (nee Huett) Born 12th November 1923 A Wonderful and Loving Mother to Stephen and Pauline, Forever in our Hearts, passed away January 16th at Llandough Hospital, Aged 94. No flowers by request. Donations if desired to Cats Protection. Resting at Rosemount Funeral Services Cardiff. Service to be held at Thornhill Crematorium, 7th February 9.45. A Special Thanks to Staff at The Waverley Care Home, for their care and support during My Mother's stay with them.
