COUGHTREY John William Peacefully on 3rd April 2018 at Llandough Hospital, in the presence of his loving family, aged 86, John; beloved husband of Olive, much loved dad of Sandra, Phillip, James and Ian, dear father in law to Sean, Judy, Helen and Sharon. Adored grandad of Alexander, Megan, Stephanie, Thomas, Joseph, Oliver, Sally, Daniel and Matthew, great grandad of Atticus. John will be greatly missed by all his family and his many friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth CF64 5UP until the funeral service at Trinity Methodist Church, Penarth on Tuesday 24th April at 11.45am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Penarth R.F.C. c/o Mike Gooding, 19 Fairfield Road, Penarth CF64 2SN. Any donation will be to support the Penarth Mini Rugby Programme as the promotion of young players through the club was dear to John's heart. Wearing of any rugby club tie would be a fitting tribute on the day.
