SKINNER Rosemary (Preece) After a wonderful life, Rosemary passed away on 4th November 2018 at the University Hospital of Wales, aged 90. Beloved wife of Bob; much loved mother and adored 'Owy' to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rosemary will be missed by all her family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth CF64 5UP until the funeral service at Trinity Methodist Church, Penarth on Thursday 22nd November at 12.45pm followed by committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. No flowers by request. Donations in memory to the Macular Society, Crown Chambers, South Street, Andover, Hampshire SP10 2BN
