SPENCER Irma Elizabeth (Nee Carter) Passed away peacefully on Friday the 8th February at Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth. Widow of Ron Edward Spencer, loving Mother of Linda, Mother in law to Brian and sister to Ann, and loving and caring Grandma to David, Simon and Daniel, and a very special Great Grandma to Brooke, Lilly, Annabelle and Eva, who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral to be held on Thursday 28th February, 11am at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. (Family flowers only, donations in lieu to be made to Marie Curie hospice)
