WILLIAMS Frank Charles Peacefully on 14th March 2019, at home, in the presence of his loving family, Frank. Beloved husband of Hilary, much loved dad of Justin and Ryan, dear father in law to Rhiannon and Wai-Yee, proud grandad of Soo-Mei, Soo-Lin and Thomas. Frank will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UP, until the funeral service at Lavernock Court Chapel on Wednesday 17th April at 1.00pm followed by burial at Penarth Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired may be made to Marie Curie Cancer Care, Bridgeman Road, Penarth CF64 3YR
