POOLE DEREK Peacefully at home on 2nd April 2019, Derek passed away, aged 87. Beloved husband of Anne, much loved dad of Debbie and Beattie, adored granddad of Sam, Emily, Isaac and Noah. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UP, until the funeral service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Wednesday 24th April at 4.00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired may be made to Alzheimer's Society, 16 Columbus Walk, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4BY
