PERKINS Howard Frederick Howard suddenly passed away at Llandough Hospital on 25th April 2019. Father of Andrew and wife Sarah, Grandfather of Jack and Isabel, brother to Raymond and Malcolm and brother in law to Gwyn and Carole. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Monday 13th May 2019 at Barry Crematorium at 10am. Family flowers only but donations in lieu, if desired, would be appreciated to the Cardiff and Vale Health Charity, Llandough Hospital.
