STOTT Frank Sadly on 10th May 2019, at the University Hospital of Wales, aged 83. Frank; beloved husband of Wendy, much loved dad of Katharine and Frances, dearest step-dad of Stephen, Jonathan and the late Richard Foat. Frank will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UP, until the funeral service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Monday 3rd June at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please.
