NICHOLLS (nee Gillard) Joan. Joan passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2019, aged 93. Much-loved daughter of Frederick and Winifred, dear sister of Kathleen and Peter. Devoted wife to Lyndon, and companion of her sister-in-law Nina. Cherished mother of Stephen and Kathryn, adored mother-in-law of Julian and Nicola. A very special aunt and friend, loving grandmother and great grandmother to those she called her treasures. Funeral to be held at James Summers, Lavernock Court, Penarth on July 1 at 11am before private burial at Penarth Cemetery. Refreshments at the Manor House Hotel, Sully Road from midday. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations please to Parkinson’s UK.
