JOWERS Carolyn Medlicott Peacefully at The Hollies Care Home Pontypridd on Tues 6th Aug 2019, aged 73 years. Carolyn formerly of Sully, a loving mother & grandmother. Will be sadly missed by all her family & friends. Funeral on Mon 2nd Sept 2019. Cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park & Crematorium, Barry At 10.00am, followed by service at Highfields Church Cardiff at 11.30am. Donations for Dementia UK May be given to Mrs Rhiannon Murray.
