OWEN Maureen Kelly After a full and wonderful life, Maureen passed away peacefully on 29th August 2019 at University Hospital of Wales, after a short illness, aged 84. Beloved wife of the late Dale Owen, much loved mother of Justin and Julian and the late Jason, adored grandmother of Alec and Alys. Maureen will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. The funeral will be held at All Saints Church, Penarth on Monday 16th September at 11.45am followed by a private family burial. Family flowers only please.
