JONES Barbara Alice Louisa (Formally King. Nee Horne) Fondly known as Lou. Darling Mum to Sylvia. Loved so much by Grandsons Jason and Mark, their wives Caroline and Steph, and her 8 Great Grandchildren. Also by her youngest brother, Paul and his wife Diana in Tasmania, and Sister in law Kay in Penarth. ADORED by all her many nieces and nephews. Mum passed away very peacefully on Tuesday 23rd June at Hazelhurst Nursing Home, Penarth. She was 96, and had had a wonderful life. Mum was the only daughter of the late William John and Marguerite Daisy Horne. Sister to the late Cyril, Jim, Peter, Tony and Bob. She was a former Newsagent in Penarth then Cogan, and retired in 1971 when she married the late Edward Francis Jones, Coal Merchant in Penarth and Cogan. They spent 11 happy years together. Mum is resting with Green Willow Funerals Ltd. Dinas Powys until the Private Funeral on Friday, 10th July 3pm at Cardiff and Vale Crematorium, Barry. No flowers please. Donations can be made to The Parish of Penarth and Llandough, if you wish. Mum's cortege will travel from Dinas Powys, through the Cowslip estate and along Pill Street, Cogan.
