JAMES Richard Passed away on 1 July, at the age of 78, after a short illness. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and father-in-law, and a friend to many. Due to current circumstances, the funeral on 21 July is by invitation only. The hearse will leave Clive Place, Penarth, for the Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, at 1.20 pm.
