TOOZER BERNARD DAVID Passed away peacefully on the 6th September 2020 at Waverley Care Centre, Penarth aged 81 years. Devoted partner to Sheila, a loving Father and Grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to express their gratitude to the Waverley for the wonderful care he received. Due to current restrictions a private Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 23rd September. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired can be given in aid of the British Lung Foundation.
