DIBDIN Peacefully on 20th May 2021, Pamela Mary Dibdin of Penarth. Much loved sister of Heather, dear aunty of Andrew, Sarah, David and Richard. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. A private family funeral service to take place. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu maybe given at the service for R.N.L.I.
