PERKS Phillip On 14th March Phillip (Pinky) of Dinas Powys. Much loved husband of Julie, devoted father of Jaclyn and Lizzie. Best grampy of Keri, Oliver, Lexi and Luca, and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at Penarth Funeral Directors, Hickman Road Funeral Home, until the service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Tuesday 5th April at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Penarth and District Scout Assosiation, care of Mr D Musk, 7 Berkley Drive, Penarth CF64 3DW.
