GRIFFITHS John Derek Peacefully on 5th April 2022 at The Waverley Care Centre, Penarth, John (Derek to some) passed away aged 91 years. Beloved brother to the late Rosemary Miller and dear Uncle to John and Elaine, and Peter and Vicky. Great Uncle to Jack, Peggy and Gareth. Derek will be sadly missed by all the family, staff at the Waverley and all the many friends who would remember seeing him walking with his dog Bonnie along Penarth cliffs. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, CF64 5UP until the funeral service on Tuesday May 3rd at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 2pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired may be made for The Dogs Trust, Nettlefold Road, Cardiff CF24 5JQ.
