ASTON Sylvia Sylvia peacefully passed away on Thursday 28th July 2022 at Ty Gwyn Nursing Home, Penarth, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Graham, devoted mother to Mark and Andrew, loving mother-in-law to Mary and Karen. Loving nana to Elinor, Hannah, Edward, Jacob and her great grandchildren. She was a truly remarkable mum and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at Green Willow Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Thursday 11th August 11.45am, at Bethesda Chapel, Dinas Powys, followed by a short service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium CF629PX (Barry Crem). Smart casual dress is preferred by the family. My deepest sympathies to both Mark and Andrew along with their extended family at this time. I have very fond memories of going on holiday with my best mate Andrew along with his Mum & Dad (Graham and Sylvia). If it wasn’t for the love and kindness of Sylvia & Graham, I would never have had a holiday and a great mate in Andrew. I have nothing but fond memories of which I am extremely grateful. Thank you for all of the great memories you afforded me, which both you and Graham gave me as a teenager all those years ago. See you again one day. Gareth Dibble.
