OSBORNE Colin Lewis Mrs Ruby Osborne would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service of her beloved husband Colin at the Vale Crematorium on the 19th May 2020. She would like to particularly thank Cllr. Pam Gay, and Mr Paul Egan, Clerk to Llandough Community Council for attending and their thoughtful tribute to Colin who served the Community as a Councillor and as Mayor of the Vale of Glamorgan (2010-11). Ruby would also like to offer her heartfelt thanks to the friends and neighbours who were able to attend and for the many messages of support, cards, letters, flowers and comfort from within the Penarth community prior to the service. Particular thanks are given to the staff of Ty Gwyn Nursing Home, Penarth for their friendship and attentive care to Colin while he resided there. Thanks also to the team at James Summers & Son, funeral directors Penarth, for their assistance and careful attendance to Colin before the service. Finally, a heartfelt thanks to Karen Jennings, Chaplain, Ty Gwyn Nursing Home for her support, preparation and sensitive leading of the service.
