JONES Lou Sylvia and family would like to thank the NHS staff at Heath Hospital, Cardiff and Sam Davies Ward at Barry Community Hospital, also, the staff at Hazelhurst Nursing Home, Penarth, for their wonderful care of her Mum , Lou Jones. Our thanks to Dave Thomas and his staff at Green Willow Funeral Care for their dignified attention to detail for Mum's Funeral. Thank you to Fr. Mark Jones, Parish of Penarth and Llandough, for his spiritual care. Lastly, to ALL who have supported us as a family, in so many ways. And for donations in memory of Mum to Parish funds. THANK YOU, the response has been overwhelming and humbling. God bless you all. Sylvia.
