Following my Mum's fall in Windsor Rd last week I'd like to publicly thank the people who helped my step-father after the fall. The staff of the Nationwide Building Society for making a room available and also to the brilliantly professional Simon Griffiths NHS Casualty Nurse who helped stabilise and wrote notes for A&E. Mum is now well on the road to recovery thanks to complete strangers who came to her aid. Again, a massive thank-you. Nick Penberthy
