HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN fod Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud y Gorchmynion a ganlyn?
1. Gorchymyn o dan adrannau 10 a 12 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 yn darparu:

(a) y bydd darn o gefnffordd yn cael ei adeiladu sy'n cychwyn o bwynt tua 35 o fetrau i'r gorllewin o'r fynedfa i Penblewin Farm, yng Nghymuned Llanddewi Felffre ac yn ymestyn i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de-orllewin am bellter o tua 1.78 cilometr hyd at bwynt ar y gefnffordd yn union y tu allan i fynedfa'r eiddo o'r enw Jacob's Park, yng Nghymuned Tref Arberth ac y bydd yn dod yn gefnffordd o'r dyddiad pan ddaw'r Gorchymyn i rym;

ac-
(b) y bydd darn y bydd darn o gefnffordd bresennol yr A40 sy'n cychwyn o bwynt tua 289 o fetrau i'r dwyrain o'r fynedfa i Blackmoor Hill Farm, yng Nghymuned Tref Arberth ac yn ymestyn i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de-orllewin am bellter o tua 853 o fetrau hyd at bwynt ar y gefnffordd tua 167 o fetrau i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o Gyffordd Redstone Cross, yng Nghymuned Tref Arberth, yn peidio a bod yn gefnffordd ac yn dod yn ffordd ddosbarthiadol ar y dyddiad pan fydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn rhoi hysbysiad i Gyngor Sir Penfro (a fydd yn dod yn awdurdod priffyrdd dros y darn hwnnw).

2. Gorchymyn o dan adrannau 12,14, 125 a 268 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 a fydd yn awdurdodi Gweinidogion Cymru:

a. i wneud gwaith i wella'r priffyrdd;

b. i gau priffyrdd neu rannau o briffyrdd;

c. i adeiladu priffyrdd newydd;

d. i gau mynedfeydd preifat i fangreoedd, ac

e. i ddarparu mynedfeydd newydd i fangreoedd,

i gyd ar Iwybr y gefnffordd newydd a grybwyllir uchod, neu yn ei gyffiniau; a
gyd ar Iwybr y gefnffordd newydd a grybwyllir uchod, neu yn ei gyffiniau; a
(2) yn darparu ar gyfer trosglwyddo pob priffordd newydd i Gyngor Sir Penfro fel yr awdurdod priffyrdd a bennir ar ei chyfer yn y Gorchymyn o'r dyddiad y bydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn hysbysu Cyngor Sir Penfro ei bod wedi ei chwblhau a'i bod ar agor ar gyfer traffig trwodd.
GELLIR edrych ar gop'iau o'r Gorchmynion a'r planiau cysylltiedig yn rhad ac am ddim ar bob adeg resymol rhwng 24 Mawrth 2021 a 5 Mai 2021, yn y lleoliadau a ganlyn:

THE LONDON TO FISHGUARD TRUNK ROAD (A40) (PENBLEWIN TO REDSTONE CROSS IMPROVEMENT AND DE-TRUNKING) ORDER 2021 AND
THE LONDON TO FISHGUARD TRUNK ROAD (A40) (PENBLEWIN TO REDSTONE CROSS IMPROVEMENT) (SIDE ROADS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welsh Ministers propose to make the following Orders?
1. An Order under section 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980 providing that:

(a) a length of trunk road shall be constructed commencing at a point approximately 35 metres west of the entrance to Penblewin Farm, in the Community of Llanddewi Velfrey and extending in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1.78 kilometres to a point on the trunk road immediately outside the entrance to the property known as Jacobs Park, in the Community of the Town of Narberth and become a trunk road as from the date when the Order comes into force;

and that:-
(b) a length of the existing A40 trunk road commencing at a point approximately 289 metres east of entrance to Blackmoor Hill Farm, in the Community of the Town of Narberth and extending in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 853 metres to a point on the trunk road approximately 167 metres north east of Redstone Cross Junction, in the Community of the Town of Narberth, shall cease to be trunk road and shall become a classified road as from the date on which notice is given by the Welsh Ministers to Pembrokeshire County Council (who will become the highway authority for that length).

2. An Order under sections 12,14, 125 and 268 of the Highways Act 1980 which will authorise the Welsh Ministers:

a. to carry out the improvement of highways;

b. to stop up highways or areas of highways;

c. to construct new highways;

d. to stop up private means of access to premises, and

e. to provide new means of access to premises,

all on, or in the vicinity of the route of the new trunk road aforesaid; and
(2) provide for the transfer of each new highway to Pembrokeshire County Council as highway authority specified for it in the Order as from the date the Welsh Minsters notify Pembrokeshire County Council that they have been completed and are open for through traffic.

If any person aggrieved by the Line Order or Side Roads Order desires to question the validity of them, or of any of the provisions contained in them, on the ground that:
a. it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980; or

b. that any requirement of the Act or of regulations made under it has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks of them becoming operative make an application for the purpose to the High Court. Copies of the Orders and Notices can be viewed at
