NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH N° 3 ST ANDREW'S MINOR AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 24A ST BRIDES MAJOR) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2020
The above Order, made on the 15* March 2021, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from a point to the east of Church Farm, Clementstone, Llandow, NGR 293166 173187 proceeding north-eastwards across fields to terminate at NGR 293296 173525 to a line running from the point to the east of Church Farm northwards then eastwards along a track skirting the fields to terminate at NGR 293296 173525 as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF63 4RU during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £4.50.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Regeneration and Planning, The Docks Office, Subway Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF63 4RT not later than the 27* May 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Vale of Glamorgan Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau am y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiadau iddo yn ysgrifenedig at y Pennaeth Adfywio a Chynllunio, Swyddfa'r Dociau, Heol Yr Isffordd, Y Barri, Bro Morgannwg, CF63 4RT nid hwyrach na 27 Mai 2021. Nodwch ar ba seiliau rydych yn eu gwneud.
Os na ddaw unrhyw sylwadau na gwrthwynebiadau
1 law, neu os caiff rhai eu tynnu'n 01, caiff Cyngor Bro Morgannwg gadarnhau'r Gorchymyn fel un nas gwrthwynebir. Os anfonir y Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau, caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na chawsant eu tynnu'n 61 eu hanfon gyda'r Gorchymyn.
