THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (AMENDMENT) (NO 5) ORDER 2021

1. On the 25* May 2021 The Vale of Glamorgan Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers made an Order to amend the parking restrictions specified in the schedule below.

2. The Order will come into operation on 31" May 2021 or on the dates that the signs and road markings are removed or installed whichever

is the later and be known as the "Vale of Glamorgan Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment) (No 5) Order 2021"
3. A copy of the Order and plans showing the affected area may be inspected on the Council's website at

www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk



4. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of the same or that any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from the 25"' May 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The following Traffic Regulation Order is to be amended as follows:
Vale of Glamorgan Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Order 2013

SCHEDULE

Proposed Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am until 6.30pm 2 hours no return within 2 hours
Plymouth Road, Penarth - AL65
On the west side from a point 34 metres south of the boundary line between property numbers 2 and 4 in a southerly direction for a distance of 4 metres.

1. Ar 25 Mai 2021 gwnaeth Cyngor Bro Morgannwg, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, greu Gorchymyn i osod y cyfyngiad parcio a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.

2. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 31 Mai 2021 neu ar y dyddiadau y caiff yr arwyddion a'r marciau ffordd eu tynnu neu eu gosod, p'un bynnag sydd hwyraf, ac fe'i gelwir yn "Gorchymyn Cyngor Bro Morgannwg (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Fannau Aros a Llwytho a Pharcio) (Gorfodi Sifil) (Diwygiad) (Rhif 5) 2021"
3. Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn a'r cynlluniau'n dangos yr ardaloedd yr effeithir arnynt ar wefan y Cyngor yn

4. Os dymunwch herio dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw ddarpariaethau ynddo ar y sail nad yw'n unol a'r pwerau a ddyfarnwyd a gan y Ddeddf uchod neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos i 31 Mai 2021, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.
