HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y"\ diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith niwrnod ar 61 dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw draffig rhag teithio ar hyd rhan o Broad Street, Blaenafon.
Y llwybr arall fydd ar hyd Market Street, Lower Hill Street a'r un fath o'r cyfeiriad arall. Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael i fynd i Lower Broad Street neu Old William Street. Caniateir mynediad i'r gwasanaethau brys cyn belled ag y bo hynny'n rhesymol ymarferol. Mae'r gwaharddiad yn angenrheidiol oherwydd bod gwaith yn cael ei gyflawni neu y bwriedir ei gyflawni ar y ffordd neu'n agos ati i ddarparu band eang i'r ardal. BROAD STREET, BLAENAVON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2021
NOTICE is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Torfaen in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any traffic from proceeding along a section of Broad Street, Blaenavon.
The alternative route is along Market Street, Lower Hill Street and vice versa. No alternative route is available to access Lower Broad Street or Old Williams Street. Access emergency services will be maintained as far as is reasonably practicable. The prohibition is necessary because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to provide broadband to the area. The proposed Order will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 Sunday 14th November for I day and any other days deemed necessary within a period not exceeding 18 months. Dated: 3rd November 2021
