Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adran 84(1 )(a) a (2) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.
Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd cyflwyno terfyn cyflymder 20 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A40 o'r enw Ffordd Aberhonddu a Ffordd Trefynwy yn y Fenni, Sir Fynwy sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 115 o fetrau i'r gorllewin o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd 3 Heol Undeb Orllewinol hyd at bwynt 40 metr i'r de o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd S Heol yr Orsaf.
Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 10 lonawr 2022 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd 3 phlan a Datganiad o'r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn, yn rhad ac am ddim, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol, yn swyddfeydd Cyngor Sir Fynwy yn Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga NP15 1GA. Gellir hefyd gael copi'au yn rhad ac am ddim drwy ysgrifennu at y cyfeiriad post neu'r cyfeiriad e-bost isod gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod qA1472982.

THE A40 TRUNK ROAD (BRECON ROAD AND MONMOUTH ROAD, ABERGAVENNY, MONMOUTHSHIRE) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202-
The Welsh Ministers propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under section 84(1 )(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the length of the A40 trunk road known as Brecon Road and Monmouth Road at Abergavenny, Monmouthshire that extends from a point 115 metres west of the centre-point of its junction with Union Road West to a point 40 metres south of the centre-point of its junction with Station Road.
During a period of 21 days from 10 January 2022, a copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan and a Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours from Monmouthshire County Council at Monmouthshire County Hall, The Radyr, Usk NP15 1 GA. Copies may also be obtained free of charge by writing to the address or email address below quoting reference number qA1472982.
Please note: Access to Monmouthshire County Hall will be subject to the relevant COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time. Due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, inspection of the documents will be by prior appointment only by emailing

Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made and quoting reference number qAI 472982, must be sent by email to Transport.OrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to Welsh Government, Orders Branch, Transport, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 31 January 2022.

As part of the consultation process we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues you have raised. If you do not wish for certain personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
