NIGHT Owl Theatre will present their original, magical musical, I Merlin, at the Paget Rooms from March 5 to 7.
Touch the magic as you witness the wisdom of Merlin, the foolishness of medieval mortals and the recklessness of the wizards. Be moved by the fate of Blodeuwedd, the Woman of Flowers, created as a wife for Lord Llewellyn.
The enchanting performance is an exciting retelling of a classical Celtic myth from the medieval Mabinogion, expressed beautifully in soaring song and original words.
Katherine Cole, a very talented musician, originated the idea, and it has evolved into an enchanting piece brought wonderfully to life by an exceptional cast.
Performances take place at 7pm with a 2pm matinee on Saturday 7.
Tickets cost £9.50 or £8.50 for concession from ticketsource.co.uk or from Foxy’s Deli, Penarth.
