GIBBINS Phil On 27 April 2023 at the University Hospital of Wales, Phil - Much loved husband of Brenda, father of Sian and Kate, grandfather of Kitty and Elsie, dear to an extended family and a good friend to many. Resting in the care of Green Willow Funerals until his funeral at 12 noon on Tuesday 30th May at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road, Barry CF62 9PX.
