BIRKBY Ronald Graves Passed away peacefully on 12th March, aged 87 years, at University Hospital of Wales after a short illness. Devoted husband of the late Jean Sophia Birkby and beloved father to Liz. Dear brother to Colin. Ron will be sadly missed by all his many family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Penarth until the Funeral Service on Monday 8th April at 2pm at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer's Research UK via www.alzheimersresearchuk.orgTributes

Hi Liz I’m so sad to hear the news your dad kept in touch with me long after Tony died he and you Mum were such lovely friends we were at their wedding and he was such a gentle man in the true sense of the word he adored you and you will miss him but you will carry that love with you for the rest of your life my thoughts are with you love Ann Lewis xxx
