FALCON Yvonne Frances Lilian (nee Vincent) (Von) Passed away peacefully at The University Hospital of Wales, on 4th April 2024, aged 86 years. Loving mum to Nicholas and Sean, loving mother-in-law to Anne and Linda and loving nanny to Sian and Alastair. We will all miss her terribly. She had many friends and her love, energy and laughter will be sadly missed by us all. The funeral service will be held at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry on Friday 26th April at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
