The first Penarth Nativity Sheep Trail is nearly finished.
Parents and children can search for the 12 knitted sheep hidden in shops around Penarth from Thursday, December 18.
The sheep trail has been organised by Mrs Lesley Cox, the wife of the Rev Peter Cox, the Vicar of All Saints Church.
Sam the Shepherd will be at Penarth Library on Saturday, December 20, between 4pm and 5pm, when he will reveal if he has found all his sheep.
He will then tell the Christmas story and the children will all be given a small gift.
The sheep will then be put into the Crib Services in churches around Penarth in the next few days.
For further details contact Lesley Cox on 02920 708952.
