THE latest photograph to feature in our From The Archive series features Penarth seafront and the pier.
In this photograph, Penarth Pier Pavilion and the entrance to the former multi-storey car park can be seen as it looked in July 1993.
The pier pavilion stands out, resplendant in the freshly applied turquoise green paintwork.
