MEMBERS of the Penarth Aviation Society have paid a visit to the recently opened Aerospace Museum at Filton, Bristol.
The visit was of particular interest to three members of the group, Brian Thomas, John Evans and Lawrence Ferris, who were involved in the building of Filton's most iconic products, Concorde.
After a guided tour of the museum, members were able to take a more detailed look at some of the exhibits.
The return trip took in lunch in Chepstow and arrived back mid afternoon.
The group would like to thank secretary Barrie Howell for organising the visit.
